Rajapushpa Aurelia is a luxury apartment project in Tellapur, west Hyderabad. It is built by Rajapushpa Properties, a Hyderabad builder that has worked in the city since 2006. Aurelia is part of Rajapushpa Lifestyle City, where the builder is also developing Imperia, Sierra and two villa communities.

The project covers 12.5 acres and has 7 towers of 56 floors. The towers stand around a large landscaped court. That court holds the pool, lawns, play areas and seating, so residents get open green space right below their homes. The developer has posted the master plan and every unit plan on its website.

Aurelia is about space. There are only four layouts, from 3,015 to 4,400 sq ft. The 3 BHK comes in 3,015 and 3,435 sq ft, and the 4 BHK in 3,995 and 4,400 sq ft. Every home has a maid room, a separate drawing room, a puja room and a sit-out. Even the smallest home has a carpet area of about 1,958 sq ft, per the official plan.

Each tower has its own entrance lounge. The clubhouse is more than 75,000 sq ft. It has a gym, an aerobics room, a preview theatre, a coffee lounge, badminton and squash courts and a spa. There are guest rooms for visiting family and a grocery store for daily needs. Outside, you get an outdoor gym, a yoga deck, an adventure play zone, a toddler area, a work zone and bicycle parking.

Aurelia suits large families who want room for parents, children and live-in help under one roof. It also suits senior professionals in the Financial District who want a big home about 20 minutes from work. If you are comparing it with Imperia next door, the choice is simple: Aurelia offers fewer, much larger layouts in taller towers, while Imperia has a wider range of smaller 2 and 3 BHKs and an earlier timeline.
