FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Are there pre-launch projects in Tellapur right now?
We found none that we could verify. Some land deals in Osman Nagar are in the news, but those builders have not named a project or registered it with TG-RERA yet.
Is it safe to book a pre-launch flat?
Booking before TG-RERA registration carries more risk. Check that the project is registered on rerait.telangana.gov.in before you pay any amount.
