My Home Avali is a luxury high-rise project in Tellapur, west Hyderabad. It is built by Tellapur Technocity Pvt. Ltd., a venture of the My Home Group and Prathima. The developer markets it under Gopanpally, but its legal address is Tellapur village. It sits on the Gopanpally side, about 5 minutes from the ORR.
The site covers 8.37 acres. It has 4 towers of G+46 floors and 744 flats. About 81% of the land is open space. Cars stay off the podium, so the lawns, courts and walking paths between the towers are free of traffic.
Avali is built for buyers who want space. Each typical floor has only four flats: two 4 BHKs of 3,609 and 3,612 sq ft and two 3 BHKs of 3,000 and 3,043 sq ft. The towers are staggered, so each flat opens on three sides for light, air and wide views. A small number of 2 BHKs of 2,551 sq ft sit on the four refuge floors. The plans include a separate drawing room, a puja room, dressing areas and wide balconies.
Life here centres on Club Avali, a 70,000 sq ft clubhouse. It has a pool on its terrace, a gym, yoga and aerobics halls, badminton and squash courts, indoor games and guest rooms. Outside, the podium holds tennis and pickleball courts, a half basketball court, cricket nets, a skating rink, an outdoor gym and play areas. The design has an IGBC Gold pre-certification. Inside the homes, floors get large 800 × 1200 mm vitrified tiles, and every bedroom and the living room has an AC point. Note one detail: the kitchen granite platform and sink are left to the buyer, so you can fit the kitchen you want.
The project is registered with TG-RERA under P01100006233, as listed on the developer’s website. It is under construction. The developer’s September 2026 update shows flooring done up to the 40th–45th floor in all four towers. SquareYards lists possession for April 2028.
Avali suits families moving up from a smaller flat who want villa-like space in a tower. It also suits buyers who value privacy: four homes per floor means fewer neighbours and quieter lifts. The Financial District is about 15 minutes away, and Manthan International School is about 2 minutes away.
