Rajapushpa Properties was founded in 2006 by the Parupati brothers. The company is based in the Financial District of Hyderabad. It builds gated apartment communities, villas and IT office space. Its official site lists more than 20 projects, about 15.2 million sq ft completed and about 40.6 million sq ft under construction.
Most of its work sits in west Hyderabad, in areas such as Tellapur, Osman Nagar, Kokapet, Narsingi and the Financial District. In Tellapur the builder is developing Rajapushpa Lifestyle City, a large area that holds several of its projects. These include the Imperia, Aurelia and Sierra apartment towers and the Serene Dale and Green Dale villa communities.
