Rajapushpa Imperia is a large gated apartment community in Tellapur, west Hyderabad. It is built by Rajapushpa Properties, a Hyderabad builder that has worked in the city since 2006. Imperia sits in Rajapushpa Lifestyle City, alongside the builder’s Aurelia and Sierra towers and two villa communities.
The project covers 24 acres and has 8 towers of 40 floors. A G+4 grand clubhouse anchors the site. Gardens, courts, an amphitheatre with a water body and two pools fill the space between the towers.
Of the three Rajapushpa apartment projects in Tellapur, Imperia has the widest choice of layouts. The developer has posted 29 floor plans. The 2 BHK is 1,350 to 1,375 sq ft. The 3 BHKs run from 1,550 to 2,880 sq ft, in east-, west- and some north-facing versions. Many of the larger 3 BHKs add a private sundeck. The developer’s FAQ says the homes now on offer are the 3 BHKs of 2,345 to 2,880 sq ft, from ₹1.94 crore.
The amenity list is broad. You get two swimming pools with a deck, a jogging and cycling track, indoor and outdoor fitness areas, a skating rink, a multipurpose court and a pet park. A party lawn with a barbeque area, a sunrise and sunset deck and shaded seating plazas give residents places to meet. For daily needs there is an on-site clinic and pharmacy, work-from-home spaces and EV-charging provision in the parking.
Imperia is registered with TG-RERA under P01100003723, as listed on the developer’s website. The developer lists possession in September 2027. Its website also says Phase 1 is ready to move, with an Occupancy Certificate received. Portals differ on this point, so ask us to confirm the status of the tower you like.
Imperia suits families who want a spacious 3 BHK in a big, established community and would like to move in soon. It also suits buyers who work along the Financial District and Gachibowli belt, about 25 minutes away. If you want the largest homes in Lifestyle City, look at Aurelia. If you want a ready or near-ready home with a wide choice of layouts, Imperia is the stronger fit.
