My Home Akrida, Tellapur – Overview
My Home Akrida is a large apartment township in Tellapur village, west Hyderabad. It is built by My Home Constructions. The site lies off the Gopanpally–Tellapur Road, next door to My Home Sayuk. The name means “centre of joy”.
The township covers 24.99 acres. It has 12 towers of G+39 floors and 3,780 flats in all. About 81% of the land stays open, with lawns, a central landscape, water features and a skywalk. The plan follows Vaastu, and every home faces east or west. Parking sits in four basement levels, which keeps the grounds free of cars.
Every tower has 8 flats per floor. There is a 2 BHK of 1,399 sq ft, a 2.5 BHK of 1,622 sq ft and four sizes of 3 BHK: 1,926, 2,012, 2,262 and 2,347 sq ft. The 2,012 and 2,347 sq ft homes are the upper-floor versions of two 3 BHK layouts, with a larger balcony of about 123–125 sq ft. Each layout has a drawing room, a puja space and a utility area, and each tower has a double-height entrance lobby.
Akrida has two clubhouses. Cotta covers 58,000 sq ft over G+4 floors, and Terra covers 47,000 sq ft over G+3. Together they hold a gym, a yoga hall, a reading area, guest rooms, badminton and squash courts and indoor games. A futsal court and a pickleball court sit on their terraces. Outdoors you get a pool, tennis and basketball courts, cricket nets, box cricket, a skating rink, a cycling track and play areas for children and toddlers.
The project is registered with TG-RERA under P01100007443, as listed on the developer’s website. It is under construction. The developer’s September 2026 update shows roof slabs complete up to the 25th–35th floors in the towers it reports on. Portals list possession for December 2028.
Akrida suits families who want a big, green community near good schools, with Meru International School about 2 minutes away. It also suits buyers who work in the Financial District or Gachibowli and can wait about two years for their home. If you want to move in sooner, compare it with My Home Sayuk next door.
