My Home Vipina is a high-rise apartment project in Tellapur, west Hyderabad. It is built by My Home Constructions, one of the city’s best-known builders. It sits right next to the same builder’s My Home Tridasa, about 3 minutes from ORR Exit 2.
The project covers 20.61 acres. It has 8 towers of G+46 floors and 3,720 flats in all. About 81% of the land is open space. The layout wraps the towers around lawns, a central plaza and a raised sky walk, so most homes look out on greenery.
Vipina offers four layouts. There is a 2 BHK of 1,325 sq ft, a 2.5 BHK of 1,655 sq ft, and two 3 BHKs of 2,095 and 2,180 sq ft. Each floor holds 10 flats, and every layout comes in east- and west-facing versions. All plans have a separate drawing room, a puja room and a utility area. The larger 3 BHK adds a second balcony. Specs are solid for this price band: 800 × 800 mm vitrified floors, UPVC or aluminium windows, V3F high-speed lifts, prepaid metering and DG backup. Each tower also gets a double-height entrance lobby.
Social life centres on Club Vipina, a clubhouse of about one lakh sq ft over four floors. It has a gym, yoga and aerobics halls, badminton and squash courts, indoor games and guest rooms. Its terrace holds tennis and futsal courts. Outside, you get a temperature-controlled pool, a cycle track, a jogging track, cricket nets, a basketball court, a skating rink, a pet zone and play areas for small children.

Vipina suits families who want a big-brand home close to the Financial District, Kokapet and Gachibowli, all within about 10–12 minutes. Buyers who like Tridasa but want a newer, taller tower and a larger clubhouse should look here too. Good schools are close: Meru International School is about 2 minutes away.
