Prestige Projects in Tellapur

Prestige Group was founded in 1986 and is led by chairman Irfan Razack and his brothers. The listed company, Prestige Estates Projects Ltd, works across homes, offices, retail, leisure and hotels. Its website says the group has completed more than 300 projects covering over 200 million sq ft of built area.

In Tellapur, Prestige is building Prestige Golden Grove, a 28.6-acre high-rise township next to the Outer Ring Road. The project is a joint venture with Swela Realty, and the TG-RERA registration is held by Aspire Spaces Tellapur Pvt Ltd.
